WHAT IS SOLID EARTH SOIL STABILISER ?

Solid Earth Soil Stabiliser  is a unique innovative liquid polymer that is the result of many years of testing and development. Installed using soil, shale, rocks, or stones will produce an impermeable solid load-bearing roadways, walkways, pathways, recreational tracks and other solid high compressive strength surfaces stabilizing the soil, controlling dust and erosion providing exceptional durability and longevity without harming or polluting the nature.

Solid Earth gives designers, architects, and engineers the ability to use existing natural soils or decorative soils such as decomposed or crushed granite, to create a look and performance that has never before been an option in the world of paving, landscape beautifi cation and preservation.

Solid Earth provides a lower cost and customized design option for constructing durable impermeable paved pathways that don’t take away from existing indigenous landscapes and color palettes.

Solid Earth allows for erosion and dust control all while being an aesthetically-pleasing alternative to both asphalt and concrete.

It reduces dust pollution, blends with the surrounding environment, unlike other paving methods and is suitable for both pedestrian and vehicular applications.

WHAT DOES THE INSTALLATION LOOK LIKE ?

When compared to asphalt or concrete, Soil stabiliser installation is much simpler, not requiring specialized equipment or forms and is compatible with all soil types and can be applied to sand, silt, clay and loam. Dilute Soil Stabiliser concentrate to the recommended ratio depending on the type of application and simply prepare the sub-grade to >95% compaction rate. If a decorative surface is required, prepare the surface top layer with the desired decorative soil-aggregate mix and spray the diluted solution to saturation till puddles start to form. Let the Solid Earth  set into the soil between 15 minutes to an hour, depending on temperature and humidity, then compact. The final step will be to rough the surface with a broom or a rake and apply the final top coat. Coating must be allowed to cure before introducing traffic. Cure time vary based on application type and climate conditions and range between 1 to 7 days depending on temperature and humidity. ECO-FRIENDLY

The Natural Soil Pavement produced using Solid Earth Liquid Polymer has more than twice the supportive strength of asphalt and none of the associative environmental concerns as the product contains no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s) or substances including Magnesium Chloride and Calcium Chloride that can have detrimental effects on plants and wildlife. In addition to no VOC’s, Solid Earth uses natural resources, such as soil, shale, rocks, and stones, which can be sourced from the native environment.
